Like the product but the clips are lameWe bought this and 52-701A, one for the saddle bags and one for the trunk kit on our silver 2005 goldwing limited edition. They look great on the bike, fairly easy to install, I’d say it took about an hour to do, for both. The only thing that I don’t like, and it’s just preference I suppose, is they act like running lights, so the red lights stay on all the time instead of only when you hit the brakes. For a small heater puts out quite a bit of heat mine did not come with a remote control but the controls on the side of it work well yes, temperature setting is unmarked so you have to play with it a little bit to get your temperature right the once it's there it works perfectI like the light they look real good on my 08 Honda goldwing, just 1 of the lights don't work and need a replacement. The pictures are the 1 that didn't work.they are nice lights and I like the fact that they are break lights and marker lights. no videos any where on how to install them. I had to figure it out and ended up drilling too many holes for my taste. KϋRYAKYN makes a set and was easy to find videos on installing with less holes in your bike. If I knew then what I know now I would have gotten both sets from KϋRYAKYN. a lot easier to install. We lost the original on a ride and just replaced the one. We waited maybe a couple weeks three at the most. Great product easy to snap in n go!You pay half the price and you get half the quality. They look good but you must be very careful installing them; don't put any pressure on the lenses, they will pop out; make sure you use the small push on locks.Maybe not as good as other brands but for the price at half the cost it is good choice. No problems with install just was hesitant to drill hole into the saddlebags. I am not a big chrome fan but needed extra lighting in the rear. With the bigger lenses and less chrome this was my best option.Have only had these LEDs installed for two months, so it's early days. The product itself is quite good, inasmuch as the LED's work and the fit to the saddlebags is very good. However, product is lacking in two significant respects. First, the lenses do not attach well to the silver frame of the product, which attaches to the saddlebag lid. I had to glue and silicone the lenses to the frame, to get them to stay in place and to hopefully be at least water resistant.Second, the installation instructions are woefully lacking - there are a lot of suggestions and information that could have been included, but were not. Things like ... the best way to route the wiring out of the saddlebag lid is by detaching the arm that lowers the lid slowly (don't know the name of that part), and routing the wiring through that hole, then re-attaching that arm, and ... the best place to drill the hole in the non-lid part of the saddlebag. A photo or two, or a link to a website or video showing detailed and comprehensive installation instructions, would have been extremely helpful.Ordered as a replacement as I have had the same for years (broken in a transport incident). They now include red and clear lenses (they were different kits years ago).Fits quite well, looks pretty good, adds a bit of safety to the back and sides of my Goldwing (lights are always good ;).Buen productoMy order came in a reasonable amount of time and well packaged.Unfortunately, my Goldwing is stored away for the winter. So I won't be able to comment on the installation for a couple of months.I'm not expecting any issues. Several of my friends have this same light kit and they are happy with the fit-n-finish and performance.I don't like the connector system, my old one you don't nahe to take the trunk taillights out.
