It does a great job locking on. The slip cover that comes for your shoulder does find its way to your back though. Would be a perfect item if you could also lock that down.This is a nice, comfy padded strap and the design looks awesome. Strap itself is fine but the locking ends are cheap poor quality plastic. I have an older strap which has lasted over 10 years no issue, the locking ends on that one is so much better quality then what they are producing today.
