I am so, so happy with these shades. I have traditionally bought car shades at Costco, but they stopped carrying the larger size I need. I have a Honda Sport Fit which, actually, requires a much larger shade like "Extra Large" or "Jumbo." Go figure. Walmart was a bust...cheap and soon trashed. I found shades at an auto store, and wow...they are so cheap that they literally began falling apart in my car after very little time. I live in the USA SW desert where you need shades all year, and they must withstand high temps and tremendous sun. I have been looking and looking as bits of shade plastic float around my car as I take down and reinstall each time. I definitely wanted two shades rather than one big one which I have always found impractical and time-consuming if you're using shades daily. Two separate shades install with a flick of the wrist. I am so impressed with these shades. Buy them!! They fit perfectly (read the feedback carefully, buy what's worked well for you in the past, and/or measure carefully). These shades are extremely well made with high quality materials. They will last me quite a while. Thank you to the seller and manufacturer!!!Very simple and lightweight. This size fits my '99 Dodge 3500 work truck perfectly.Because they are so light and thin, they unfold and re-fold quit easily. But they block the sun and heat really well. Sometimes if the sun it directly in front of us, we put these up and stay in the cab to eat our lunch. They fit in the windshield so well that they block probably 90% of the light and and maybe better then 95% of the heat that would come in thru the front, when the sun it directly in front.I also use this when parking the truck at the end of the day. Where I park this truck it faces due south. In the summer here in the SW, the sun still has a lot of punch from the southern direction even later in the afternoon.Note: they are silver on one side, and black on the other. For reflecting the heat out, always place the silver side facing out. (in the winter maybe I'll try putting the black side out to draw heat into the cab???)A perk, they came with a light storage bag (black cloth of some kind). Its quick and easy to put the shades in the bag, that we always do, so as to keep them together and easy to stow and find. These will fit most compact cars, mine is for a Nissan Versa. Sure, like most they don't cover the entire windshield area where absolutely no light gets through, but I'm using mine mainly to protect the dashboard from cracking in the future. This covers enough of my windshield where it IS much cooler on a hot day. They stay in place without having to lower the visors, wedged behind the rearview mirror. The material is a little thinner than others I've used before. Silver one side, black the other side.If you have a steeply angled windshield like mine, sometimes these work better if you use them vertically instead of horizontally. They fold up easily (much easier than THESE: These just barely work in the windshield of our 2012 Volt, but they DO work, if you put the visors down to hold them up. I use them sideways because the windshield is more deep than wide. I put the elastic loop attached to one of these over one visor, which holds it up more securely, then the other one leans against the first, which also helps to hold them up. If BOTH of them had an elastic loop to put over the visor, that would be great in my humble opinion. When you twist them together to fold up, they do their wiggly best to "escape" out again, so I just fold as well as I can in a few moments, wrap the elastic loop over the lot, and toss into the back seat. They do the job, which is the important thing. This is my first ever sun shield so i guess i dont have anything else to compare to. But i thought I'd be disappointed when I opened the item and it seemed very flimsy. But it works for the most part! Also folds up very easily and stores well.I have a prius 2009 and it didn't fit my windshield 100% but as long as I tucked it into the dashboard and under the mirrors it stayed in place and covered about 95% which is good enough for me. Not too much work for the benefits it gives for the great price. I'd definitely recommend but would advise to measure your windshield first and make sure you're getting the right size.Watch out! When they say "Jumbo Size" they mean it!Bought these for a truck. Usually products like this are a size smaller than stated. A small is miniature, and a medium is a small. So I purchased the jumbo size thinking they would be large. These shades are gigantic! They would probably fit in a tractor trailer cab! I had to put an extreme bend in them to get them to fit into the window. If you have a truck or a large SUV, the large size will probably be big enough.I have used this type of window shades for a while now and these fit perfectly in my 2015 Honda Fit. We get very hot here in Central Texas, say around 104 degrees outside in July and August, and my car is going to get hot too, especially with a black interior. And although my car is still hot, it's dramatically cooler using these shades and my steering wheel is not so hot that I can't drive without burning my hands. If I can't park under a tree, you will always see these in my windows! These are perfect for my old car ('02 Toyota Echo). Since there are two pieces the outer corner of each tucks under the visors (without lowering them) and the inner corner sits behind the rear view mirror. They can overlap a bit in the middle making the width somewhat adjustable. The accordion style requires me to lower both visors to hold the thing in place and they are too wide for my small car. I had a set of these before and they lasted for years. These seem even more durable.I had a similar sun shade for my truck that I bought several years ago. This is the same design and size, but the material is a fair bit thinner and lets in mores light than the old one did. While it will probably help protect the dash from UV, it doesn't do a lot for heat. Better than nothing, and it does cover the entire windshield. Next step up is the much more expensive but more protective custom Weather Tech sunshield specifically cut the correct size for these trucks. These two options are apparently the only ones available for the older Ford F series truck windshields, which are very wide across but not very tall compared to 2000 era trucks. There are some other sun shields advertised on Amazon as "fitting" these trucks, but the dimensions are clearly too short from side to side, so measure your windshield and pay attention when ordering, unless you don't mind having something that's a few inches short.La calidad del producto es buena, solo que es un producto pequeño, a mi auto apenas le queda y es un i10. Para un auto más grande no se detendría y además no tiene ventosa para pegarse al parabrisas.Por el precio el producto lo vale pero si considera que el tamaño podría no ser el indicado si tu auto es muy grandeIt's not as convenient as the fan-folding shields, but those usually have a paper-cloth-like trim that disintegrates with age and pollutes your car with the debris.Excelentes Parasoles... Even though these are quite good, we returned them because they would not work for what we intended. We were hoping to use the two in the windshield of the truck, but they are really for side windows. Ordered and love the one that was intended for the windshield.
