These lights are a perfect fit for the V-Star 950, they look and fit great, fairly easy to install.Except, I'm not sure who the genius was that thought it was a good idea to run the lighting wire through the bolt that installs on the light bar. Per instructions you run the wires through the two washers and the nut and then tighten down using a 14mm socket wrench, there's one flaw in that idea, as you cannot get any other wrench into the bar itself as you have to run the wires through the socket and you cannot attach the driver to the socket. I ended up using a 14mm socket and a pair of channel locks to get the lights tight. Also, hope you get them aimed correctly the first time as otherwise you have to undue your wires from the headlight and run your socket through the wires to loosen the light up.
